And Repeat

My body is a temple

A shrine to my soul

I won’t feed it garbage

And expect it to be bountiful

with my health

I won’t leave it parched of water

And look forward to glowing skin and hair

I won’t sloth around whole day

Without turning into an orb

I won’t stay awake all night

And want a head that doesn’t ache

My body is my temple

It will be what I make

Of it

What I give

Is what I will receive

Threefold in return.

My daily prayer, maybe?
